Currency
All prices and payments on Rinfina are shown and processed in British pounds sterling (GBP), unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.
Available payment methods
The payment methods currently available for an order are displayed at checkout. A payment method is accepted only when it appears as an available option and can be selected during checkout. If PayPal or another payment option is not shown, it is not currently available for that order.
Secure payment processing
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and any enabled third-party payment provider. Rinfina does not directly store complete payment card details.
Authorisation and charges
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. The complete order total, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes, is shown before you confirm payment. We do not add hidden charges after checkout.
Payment confirmation
An order confirmation is sent after checkout is completed successfully. If payment is declined, cancelled, or cannot be verified, the order may not be completed. Please check the details entered or contact your payment provider before trying again.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
